• The women from our work area who are in the age group of 18 to 45. Who are married would be identified and explore their interests, in skill which they have seen and want to learn, would be encouraged this would help in economic sustainability of her.
• from them into functional group's and provide traing on subjects such as financial management, communication skills management skills cooping skills, interpersonal skills, and train them in advocacy for them to understand there rights, government projects designed for them ,how to approach them and put pressure on the systems.
